• Correspondence: any information you choose to share when you email us or speak with our partners.
• Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and operating correctly.

2. How we use it

• To review your brief and respond with a tailored proposal — this is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and processing is also necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To provide advisory services and administer any engagement we enter into with you or your company.
• To keep our website and communications secure, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Client names shown on this site are used with permission as engagement references.

3. Confidentiality

Submissions through the tailored client brief form are confidential and read only by our senior partners. Where an engagement follows, a separate confidentiality arrangement is documented in the engagement letter.

4. Sharing and storage

Your details are shared only with the partners and staff who need them to respond to you or deliver your mandate, and with service providers that host our systems (such as email and database providers) under contract. Brief details are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact so we can pick up the conversation; engagement records are kept for the period required by law. We may retain data longer where required for legal claims or regulatory compliance.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of it;
• withdraw consent (for example, remove your brief details) at any time;
• complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website. They do not by themselves create a consulting engagement; advisory work is governed by a separate written engagement letter agreed with each client.

It does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Any advice we give is given under a signed engagement and tailored to the specific mandate.

3. Client briefs

When you submit a brief, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We treat briefs as confidential, review them internally, and respond where we believe we can help. Submitting a brief does not obligate either party to enter into an engagement.

4. Engagement terms

Scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality and the basis of any advisory work are set out in the engagement letter signed with each client. Those terms prevail over anything on this website.

5. Intellectual property

The Wealthspire name, this site's content, and its design are owned by Oasis Global Ltd or licensed to it. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce or reuse its content commercially without our written permission. Client names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked to or from this site.

8. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
